In July of 2005, Santa Clara County was able to expand its Green Business Program to cover all of the Cities within Santa Clara County. There are currently 200 businesses and public agencies certified throughout the County.

Who Can Participate?
In Santa Clara County, the Green Business Program is open to most business sectors within the county on a first-come, first-serve basis. The program is very flexible and can work with most businesses. Encourage your employer or businesses you patronize to become a Green Business!

Public Agencies
In addition to businesses, the program has certified public agency departments throughout the county, including City Halls, Community Centers, Senior Centers and Fleet Service Departments.

Green Business Partners
County of Santa Clara, Santa Clara Valley Water District, Recycling and Waste Reduction Commission of Santa Clara County, Bay Area Air Quality Management District, Pacific Gas & Electric Company and the cities of Santa Clara County.
