• Food Service Technology Center
  The Food Service Technology Center (FSTC) is the industry leader in commercial kitchen energy efficiency and appliance performance testing. The FSTC has developed over 30 Standard Test Methods for evaluating commercial kitchen appliance performance. The FSTC also has expertise in commercial kitchen ventilation and building energy efficiency, including lighting, glazing and HVAC.

• Thimmakka's Resources for Environmental Education - Green Restaurant Program Thimmakka is an award-winning, non-profit organization that provides environmental auditing, "greening" and consulting services to restaurants and other businesses who want to reduce their costs while reducing their environmental footprint. Thimmakka has worked with over 120 restaurants to help them meet our green standards by reducing their use of energy and water, and their waste and pollution, collectively saving them about $1.5 million in 5 years!
